On the other hand, Iraq is considered the largest investment destination for China in the Arab region, because Iraq is a country rich in energy, so it is natural that the energy field has attracted a relatively larger amount of Chinese investments.

    Strategic partnership relationships
    Ambassador Wei stressed, "The Chinese side supports that all Iraqi parties strengthen unity and cooperation among them, and trusts that the Iraqi people have the wisdom and ability to deal with their problems, hoping that Iraq will achieve lasting security and safety, prosperity and development at an early date."
    He said, "China and Iraq have strategic partnership relations, so it is natural that our relations with the Kurdistan Region of Iraq be an important part of these relations.
