Prime Minister Muhammad Shia Al-Sudani discussed, on Sunday, by telephone with the President of the United Arab Emirates, Muhammad bin Zayed Al Nahyan, the promotion of joint cooperation.
Al-Sudani’s office stated in a statement, which Mawazine News received a copy of, that “the Prime Minister, Muhammad Shia’a Al-Sudani, received a phone call from the President of the United Arab Emirates, Muhammad bin Zayed Al Nahyan,” noting that “during the call, they discussed bilateral relations between the two countries, and ways of consolidating them, as well as discussing a number of regional and international issues of common interest.
The statement added, "The call witnessed an emphasis on the importance of strengthening joint cooperation in several fields, and working to continue building integration and partnership relations at various levels, in a way that achieves the interests of the peoples of the two countries, and enhances the security and stability of the region."
