    Information / Baghdad.
Parliamentary Legal Member Muhammad Al-Khafaji warned, on Tuesday, against encapsulating the general amnesty in terms that allow the release of terrorists and corrupt people.

Al-Khafaji said in an interview with the Maalouma Agency, “The general amnesty law needs time and it is not easy to pass it in the House of Representatives because it contains many loopholes.”
He added, "The paragraph defining terrorist organizations that was received from the government is ambiguous and unclear, and needs a detailed explanation before passing it," pointing out that "the amnesty law needs to be considered until we understand the paragraphs of the previous law and what was received from the government."
He pointed out that "the law contains many loopholes and observations, and it needs to be amended to prevent the inclusion of terrorists, the corrupt, and those whose hands are stained with the blood of Iraqis."
Yazidi MP Mahma Khalil had confirmed in a previous statement to Al-Maalouma that the general amnesty law excludes ISIS from being included in the general amnesty law, indicating that ISIS committed the most heinous crimes against the Iraqi people. Ended / 25 H
