The leader of the Al-Fatah Alliance, Muhammad Al-Baldawi, confirmed today, Saturday, that the government remains steadfast in its official position of not allowing Iraqi lands to be used as a launching pad for external aggression.

Al-Baldawi said in a statement to “Al-Ma’louma” that “Iraq is the only country that has declared its position regarding military operations in the occupied Palestinian territories and warned the Americans against intervening to help the collapsed Zionist entity,” pointing out that “if Washington enters the battle, Iraq will intervene directly in support.” For the Palestinian people and their resistance.
He added, "Since the start of Operation Al-Aqsa Flood, the Iraqi resistance has placed the American bases under surveillance for fear that they will carry out acts of support and assistance to the Zionist entity militarily."
Al-Baldawi pointed out that "if the American military bases carry out any activity against the Palestinian resistance, they will be a target for the heroes of the Iraqi resistance."
He continued, "The government, represented by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, and with the support of political forces, is working hard to pressure the international community to open humanitarian corridors to provide relief to the Palestinian people in resistant Gaza."
Earlier, the Secretary-General of the Hezbollah Brigades, Abu Hussein Al-Hamidawi, threatened America to bomb its military bases if its forces entered the battle against the Palestinian resistance in the Gaza Strip.
Last Saturday, the Palestinian resistance launched a qualitative operation called “Al-Aqsa Flood,” which included storming a number of Zionist settlements, killing dozens of Zionist recruits and capturing others, in addition to inflicting more than 1,200 deaths on the Israeli enemy. Ended/25 AD
