    Government negotiations took place today, Sunday, in the Ministry of Planning regarding development projects between the governments of the Republic of Iraq and the Federal Republic of Germany, which were organized by the Department of International Cooperation and headed by the Undersecretary of the Ministry of Planning for Technical Affairs, Maher Hammad Johan.
