A document issued by the Mayor of Baqubah District, obtained by “Baghdad Today”, today, Sunday (November 12, 2023), showed a request from the people of the two areas (Al-Takiya and Umm Al-Nuh), which belong to the Baqubah District, the center of Diyala Governorate, to object and oppose the decision of the Ministry of Culture and Tourism to grant a license to sell alcohol in neighborhoods.
