    The Governor of Erbil, Omid Khoshnaw, confirmed during a meeting with the Prime Minister of the Federal Government, Muhammad Shiaa Al-Sudani, in Baghdad today, Monday, that Saudi Arabia has provided a loan that contributes to solving the problem of water scarcity in the city of Erbil, indicating that all procedures related to the loan have been completed in a letter.
