{Politics: Al-Furat News} A member of the Parliamentary Health Committee stressed the reconsideration of the medical progression law to eliminate some cases of job laxity in medical specialties in health institutions.
Bassem Al-Gharabi told Al-Furat News Agency, “We have observed a glut and stagnation in specialties in the health institution, while there is a scarcity in other specialties.”
He added, "For example, there is a significant slackness in the specializations of dentistry and pharmacy due to private studies, so there is a serious need to reconsider the medical progression law and find treatments for this matter."
He stated, "The entry into force of the health insurance file will contribute to addressing this file."
