    The report explained that "the Canadian company Business Intel, which handles Baghdad airport security, is registered in Ontario, Canada, where third-party websites list it as a tourism company or an electronics company. Selling bedding to hotels and managing an orthopedic non-governmental organization that manufactured prosthetic limbs in Kandahar in the 1990s means that the company’s jurisdiction is not essentially security-related.” 
    He continued, "Member of Parliament, Alia Nassif, pointed out problems related to the way the contract was awarded, and asked the Iraqi Integrity Commission to investigate the Business Intel contract, saying that the company did not provide accreditation for its capital assets, experience, or previous security work, and that it had only two employees."     The report noted that "the company claimed to have experience around the world, and that it 'played a major role in the security' of four airports in Afghanistan, but four employees, including three Afghans, from the Canadian company said they had never heard of the company in their country." 
    A number of current and former employees said that when they first arrived in Baghdad, the only employees they met were Oki, his university-age son, and Firas Hashim Al-Azzawi, the branch manager in Baghdad.
