    Dozens of local companies in Basra are exposed from time to time to stopping work or withdrawing projects from them and referring them to companies close to the local government, in contravention of government contract instructions, this is what was revealed by the Union of Businessmen and Contractors, which called on the Prime Minister to intervene.
