said Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of the American army, Gen. Martin Dempsey, in an interview with    CNN News America, the United States has a 'strategy for victory' to organize Daash, pointing out that there are possibilities for the use of ground forces in the battle against the elements of the organization, both in Syria and Iraq.
added Dempsey, about the situation in Iraq, with the steady drumbeat of news about the approaching gunmen Daash of Baghdad, and whether he thought that the militant group has controlled the Iraqi capital, said Gen. Dempsey 'I am confident that we can provide assistance to the Iraqis, to prevent the fall Baghdad. '
However, Dempsey acknowledged that the Iraqi forces, which gave up some of its members about their positions before the attacks militants Daash, still need more training, pointing out that it has taken defensive measures further in the vicinity of the capital, and stressed that he does not see that there is a possibility of the fall of Baghdad.
