Today, Tuesday, the Retirement Authority announced the completion of end-of-service payments to employees referred for retirement for the month of March, while indicating that the number of entries reached more than 5,000 entries.
The Assistant Director of the Retirement Authority, Hossam Abdel Sattar, said in an interview with the Iraqi News Agency, followed by Al-Iqtisad News, that “in implementation of the package of measures to support the segment of retirees launched by the Prime Minister’s Office and the Authority’s plan to simplify the procedures and with the follow-up of the head of the National Retirement Authority, Maher Hussein Rashid, the disbursement has been completed.” Raising the end of service for employees referred for retirement within the March 2024 period.
He added that "the number of entries reached 5,539," calling on "retirees who receive text messages to visit the payment outlets to receive the end-of-service gratuity within the March meal 24 hours after receiving their retirement salaries."
