    Information / Baghdad
Today, Thursday, the head of the Bayariq Al-Khair Party, Muhammad Othman Al-Khalidi, suggested that Sunni disputes over the position of Speaker of Parliament would continue.

He told Al-Maalouma, “These differences will not be resolved through dialogues among the Sunni forces, but will be resolved within the parliament during voting on the candidates.”
He accused "the head of the Taqadum Party, Muhammad al-Halbousi, of insisting on seizing the position, pointing out that he claims that his party is the largest Sunni bloc, while Azm, Hasm and Sovereignty have declared their right to the Sunni political majority."
He added, "The continuation of the dispute will push representatives to collect signatures to resolve the position of Speaker of the House of Representatives, especially from Sunni representatives," suggesting that "the crisis of voting for the Speaker of the House of Representatives will be resolved under the dome of Parliament."
