Shafaq News/ Nechirvan Barzani, President of the Kurdistan Region, received a congratulatory message from Hakan Fidan, Minister of Foreign Affairs of Turkey, on the occasion of Nowruz.
According to a statement issued by the regional presidency, the minister expressed his wishes for a year filled with joy, reassurance and good health for President Nechirvan Barzani.
The Turkish Foreign Minister wrote in his letter: Your Excellency, my dear friend, I congratulate you from the bottom of my heart on the holiday of Nowruz, which is a symbol of steadfastness, peace, the return of life to nature, a new year, and a deep common tradition for us. Fidan also expressed his hope to enhance cooperation and partnership between the two sides in order to achieve safety and peace in the region.
