    [size=45]On Friday, Iraq warned of the dangers of military escalation in the region in general and expressed its “deep concern” against the backdrop of the attack that targeted the city of Isfahan in central Iran.[/size]
    [size=45]The Iraqi Ministry of Foreign Affairs said in a statement that it “continuously monitors the tension in the region and warns of the dangers of military escalation, which now threatens security and stability in the region in general.”[/size]
    [size=45]The statement added, “This escalation must not distract attention from the destruction and loss of innocent lives happening in the Gaza Strip.”[/size]
    [size=45]In initial reactions to reports of an Israeli attack on Iran, a number of Arab countries called on the two countries to “avoid escalation” and warned against igniting a “regional war.”[/size]
    [size=45]The Egyptian Ministry of Foreign Affairs said in a statement that Egypt expressed its “deep concern” about the continued mutual escalation between Israel and Iran, following reports of an Israeli attack on Iranian territory.[/size]
    [size=45]Egypt also warned of “the consequences of the expanding conflict and instability in the region and its dangerous effects on the security and safety of its people.”[/size]
    [size=45]Egypt called on both parties to “exercise the utmost levels of restraint and fully comply with the rules of international law and the United Nations Charter,” warning of the consequences of the expanding conflict.[/size]
    [size=45]Egypt confirmed that it will continue to intensify its contacts with all concerned and influential parties in order to contain the current tension and escalation.[/size]
    [size=45]In a statement on Friday, the UAE Ministry of Foreign Affairs expressed its concern about regional tensions and called for “maximum restraint” to avoid serious repercussions.[/size]
    [size=45]The UAE Foreign Ministry called for the need to find a radical solution to the conflicts and crises existing in the region, reduce tensions there, resolve differences through dialogue and through diplomatic channels, and adhere to the rule of law and respect for the United Nations Charter.[/size]
    [size=45]The Ministry renewed its call on the United Nations and the UN Security Council to carry out their responsibilities to enhance international peace and security by resolving the chronic issues and conflicts in the region that threaten global security and stability.[/size]
    [size=45]The Sultanate of Oman, which has long played the role of mediator between Tehran and the West, condemned the “Israeli attack.”[/size]
    [size=45]An official spokesman for the Ministry of Foreign Affairs said in a statement published on the “X” platform that the Sultanate “is following the continuing tension in the region and condemns the Israeli attack this morning (Friday) on Isfahan in the Islamic Republic of Iran.”[/size]
    [size=45]The statement added that Oman “condemns and denounces Israel’s repeated military attacks in the region.”[/size]
    [size=45]For his part, the Jordanian Foreign Minister, Ayman Al-Safadi, said on Friday, on his account on the “X” website, that the reprisals between Israel and Iran must stop, warning of the danger of regional escalation.[/size]
    [size=45]He added, "Regional escalation is a danger that must be prevented." We condemn all actions that lead to a regional war.”[/size]
    [size=45]He continued: “The Israeli-Iranian escalation must be stopped, and efforts and focus must remain on ending the brutal Israeli aggression on Gaza. This is the priority now, and we must not allow the world’s attention to be diverted from this aggression and efforts to stop it immediately.[/size]
