    Information / Baghdad...
Today, Monday, the head of the Wojoud Movement, Muhammad Abu Saida, described the independence of the Iraqi decision as “fragmentary,” noting that “America controls many files and decisions in Iraq.
Abu Saida told Al-Maalouma, “The American decision to extend the state of emergency is to impose American guardianship over Iraq, and this confirms the absence of independence in the Iraqi decision.”
He added, "There are many Iraqi files controlled by Washington, most notably the currency files, Chapter Seven, energy and electricity projects, and Iraq's relations with neighboring countries, in addition to its control over the file of building the political system."
He stated that "Iraq has fragmented independence, and as for the political decision, America imposes its control over it." End 25 n.
