[size=45]The Minister of Electricity dismissed a number of officials in the electricity departments in Basra Governorate, as a result of the deterioration of energy supply and the large number of complaints.[/size]
[size=45]A document stated: “Based on the minister’s directives and the requirements of the workflow in light of the deterioration of services in the Shatt al-Arab and Al-Zubair districts and the large number of complaints received from citizens about this, it was decided: - to relieve Mazen Qasim Lafta/senior chief engineer from the position of director of the North Basra branch of the General Electricity Distribution Company.” The South and assigning Mazen Mazloum Muhammad Samih / Chief Engineer in the same company above to the aforementioned position.[/size]
[size=45]Also, “Sajjad Salim Khuraibet/Chief Engineer was relieved of the responsibility of Assistant Director of the North Basra Branch of the above-mentioned public company, and Asaad Abdul Mohsen Issa/Senior Engineer was assigned the aforementioned responsibility.”[/size]
[size=45]Hazem Hassan Raddad was also exempted. / Assistant Chief Engineer, responsible for the Zubair sector in the Hamad branch, north of Basra, affiliated with the above-mentioned general company.[/size]
