The Ministry of Justice announced today, Monday, the launch of the electronic deed and real estate map service.
A statement by the ministry received by Mawazine News stated that "the Real Estate Registration Department launched the electronic deed and real estate map service through the (UR) portal website in the Second Al-Kadhimiya Real Estate Registration Directorate as a first step, followed by several directorates, in cooperation with the General Secretariat of the Council of Ministers - the National Data Center Department."
He added that "this step comes within the framework of implementing the directives of the Minister of Justice, Khaled Shawani, with the aim of simplifying procedures for citizens and accelerating the process of obtaining real estate documents," noting that "the new service provides the possibility of obtaining the real estate deed and real estate map through any smart device connected to the Internet."
He continued that "users can access this service by entering the "UR" portal, choosing the services related to the Ministry of Justice, and then completing the procedures required to obtain the deed," noting that "this electronic service allows following up on the stages of issuing the real estate deed through text messages sent to the registered phone number."
He explained that "this service is part of government efforts aimed at improving electronic services and facilitating access to them."
