Parliament finish reading the five laws and to raise its next Thursday [Expanded]

In the interventions of the House of Representatives, MP Abbas al-Bayati called for ratification of the Convention being reflected positively on the development of Iraqi reality in many areas and the development of relations between the two countries.
It ended the second reading of the draft law of the Fourth Amendment to the streets tiling Law No. 85 of 1963 and sponsored by the Commission services and reconstruction.
In the interventions of the House of Representatives lawmaker Mahmoud Hassan pointed out the need not to download citizens the cost of paving the streets being overburden their shoulders.
She MP Hashem smile that street paving the responsibility of the state and that any fees imposed on citizens will affect the quality of their lives.
In response to the interventions Committee confirmed that the collection of street paving fee of citizens contribute to supplement the budget money, noting that the bill eases the burden on citizens being imposed duties on industrial and commercial real estate.
