    In the interventions of the House of Representatives, MP Abbas al-Bayati called for ratification of the Convention being reflected positively on the development of Iraqi reality in many areas and the development of relations between the two countries.

    Sounds like they are going to work on oil and gas committee agreements Wednesday and then take up HCL on Thursday.  At least I hope so.
