    {Baghdad: Euphrates News} Prime Minister Haider al-Abadi welcomed Russian companies wishing to work in Iraq, saying during a meeting this evening with a large number of representatives of Russian public companies that jobs and investment going on and are available in most provinces despite what Iraq faces from terrorism.

    That's what happens when you dither in Washington .... I expect Russia to capitalize on this situation especially since Obama is handing it over to them.
