The Nineveh Council declared a general strike and gave the Government three days ago and threatens mass resignation

Mosul
(newsletter) ...Ninawa Governorate Council, altsot the absolute
majority given the Government three days to respond to the demands of
protesters and even then would strike the Government threatened a mass
resignation unless the Government responds to their claims.
Council
Member Yahya said at a press conference attended by mahgoub (News Agency
news) on Saturday: that the Board hold an emergency session after
receiving requests for demonstrators from the Governor of Nineveh,
adding: that the Council had decided to embrace the demands of the
demonstrators and made Nineveh Governor atheel Council in Tehran.
And
restricted during the Conference, the Council building this afternoon
some things have been added by members of the Council in addition to the
Governor's refusal to ablation and claim cancellation issue, justice
and this resolution was voted by an absolute majority in the Council.
Mahjoub
said: that vote also included the announcement of a general strike for
72 hours until the Government responds on all demands and release
thousands of detainees to the Central Government and the province in all
prisons and transferred to their provinces.
During the
Conference, threatened Mahjoub if not responding, there are
recommendations if the response we will resign from the Board.
Hundreds
of demonstrators set off on Friday in the northern Iraqi city of Mosul
sound events in Mosul and Banu khazraj square celebrations in Mosul to a
