Ibrahim said "there are attempts conducted with the World Bank and the Minister of Construction and Housing Mohamed Darraji to finance the maintenance and rehabilitation of the rest of the parts of the road after requiring the bank post the Iraqi government funded part of the road, as well as the allocation of 70 billion dinars for the rehabilitation of Highway No. 2. "
