    Baghdad Provincial Council held on Thursday, an emergency meeting to discuss the direction of contracts to determine its position on the salaries of the angel of the province and of the Council and ongoing projects.
    The head of the media committee in the provincial council Raad Khamisi, said that "the Baghdad Provincial Council currently hold an emergency meeting called by the President of the Council to determine his attitude toward the salaries of contracts on the owners to maintain and Council and ongoing projects."
    "The 2016 budget did not meet the payment of the salaries of contracts in the province and council workers, especially in the ongoing project contracts, so called President of the Council for this meeting to study the matter and get out the decisions of the contracts."
    The country has a large deficit budget reached $ 21 billion, due to lower oil prices to below the $ 35.
