Parliamentary Defense announces the completion of compulsory military service law, but ruled out legislation to the absence of appropriations

Baghdad - INA / declared a member of the Parliamentary Committee on Defense and Security, Abbas al-Khuzai, on Saturday, completing compulsory military service law, and the laws of other important, but he ruled out the legislation in the current session of the lack of the necessary financial allocations.
Khuzai said, for "the Iraqi News Agency", that "a lot of important laws have been completing their final, but can not because of the legislation required financial allocations to them."
He said the "compulsory service law was to complete all of its paragraphs by the committees of defense and security, legal, but will not be passed because he needs the large sums of money."
He pointed out that "in the event of the adoption of this law, the government has to provide a complete environment and new possibilities for the construction of training and equipping the camps with weapons and equipment, in addition to other military formations to build such an army."
