    [ltr]Chairman of the parliamentary block change Hoshyar Abdullah warned of the consequences of the Kurdistan Regional Government to pay half the salaries of the staff of the region under the pretext of the financial crisis, noting that the spread of corruption and lack of transparency with regard to resources the region is one of the causes of the problem.[/ltr]
