Completed by the Ministry of Communications optical cable project named (FLAG) of linking Iraq via submarine cables to other countries.
The Director of Information and External Relations charity Mohammed ligature, in a statement to "Brief Center for the Iraqi Media Network" on Friday, said the ministry completed the project for linking Iraq to other countries, through optical cables, and is ready for service in two ways; first wing FAO Kuwait , and the second wing FAO Iran, pointing out that the ministry is working to activate the overall capacities of the project's 444 (ASTM1) for project services. Ministry of Communications announced earlier, a plan to link Iraq world countries Using optical cables across the seas, through the Arabian Gulf region, to expand his contacts all over the world. bandaged reported the completion of linking Iraq to neighboring countries all over the optical cable, included Turkey, Syria, Jordan, Saudi Arabia, Kuwait and Iran.
