    resolve all issues with Iraq and improve the relationship


    {Baghdad:
    Euphrates news} Kuwait expressed concern as a result of events
    occurring in Anbar announced impressive progress and positive
    cooperation by Iraq on the maintenance of border between the two
    countries and marks that the Amir ordered to improve relations between
    the two countries.

    The Kuwaiti daily Al-QABAS quoted sources in
    Kuwaiti parliamentary Foreign Affairs Committee that "the Deputy Prime
    Minister and Foreign Minister Sheikh Sabah Al-Khalid, confirmed during
    the meeting of the Committee, the Emir gave his High Commissioner to
    resolve all outstanding issues between Kuwait and Iraq,     especially the
    Iraqi political system is elected by his people, and the next phase
    requires the improvement of relations between the two countries."

    "There's
    official visit will take place during the next phase will include the
    signing of nine agreements between Kuwait and Iraq, including Kuwait
    Airways Corporation and Iraqi Airways to waive claims, in addition to
    the navigation in the Khawr Abdullah, noting that Iraq began the
    immortal actually during the last maintenance phase boundary markers,
    which are the most important files.

    The sources said that the
    meeting revealed concern from Iraq's moves, feared that the strained
    relationship between the two countries in the coming period.

    stressed the need to take advantage of the good relationship with Iraq
    Kuwait and Iran to improve their position, especially as key to

    Yes they are LIT. I like the part where the Amir ordered them to improve relations between the 2 countries. Then told his high commissioner resolve all outstanding issues with Iraq... lol

    It's exciting stuff and lets remember the source who mentioned Kuwait telling the UNSC time to get Iraq out of chapter VII with a vote in January.... Getting close.... But also I sense some urgency in the Emirs declaration. He must see the protests as something that can bridged and must be bridged now via the Chapter VII release. Getting out of chapter VII will further improve the economic condition in Iraq which in return will calm most of the political stresses.

    Well it's something we have to watch of course yet there is a lot of promising reports these days including the one that mentioned such a vote. All we can do is watch the UNSC schedule and also watch the signing of the 9 agreements ... Watching for that visit...

    Yes Ward...and hoping the "visit" by the Emir comes this week...so when the UNSC comes back to work on the 7th they can post a mtg/vote!!!
