    According
    to a source close to the National Dialogue Front, said the visit of
    Prime Front Saleh al-Mutlaq to some Arab countries come to rally
    support, after the recent agreement between him and Prime Minister Nuri
    al-Maliki on assuming the presidency of the Republic, confirming the
    presence of consensus in principle on that.


    Said the source, who
    declined to be named, "said al-Mutlaq and al-Maliki had agreed to take
    the first presidency of the Republic alternative to the current
    president, Jalal Talabani," pointing to the travel-Mutlaq to neighboring
    countries to rally support for his candidacy.


    He added that
    there is a near consensus on the pay-Mutlaq presidency, noting that the
    Iraqi constitution and provides compatibility to take the Kurdistan
    Alliance presidency for two after he takes office personal belonging to
    the Sunni community.

    Saleh al-Mutlaq was split from the Iraqi
    List, after he entered the list of local elections represent Dialogue
    Front faction. It is said that unlike sharply between leaders of the
    Iraqi List on the back of sit-ins list in the Sunni areas on the arrest
    protection and finance minister for the Iraqi List Rafie al-Issawi led
    to fragmented list and divided into three lists of which are united
    under the leadership of al-Nujaifi and Iraqi forces led by Iyad Allawi
    and Iraqi Arabic, headed by al-Mutlaq.
