    He declared the governor of Muthanna Abdul Hassan Faleh Ziadi, yesterday (Thursday) for monitoring a Saudi military movements "abnormal" on the border between the two countries. He said that next week will see the formation of a military headquarters in the desert "to examine the intentions of these forces," while noting that the intelligence services have stepped up their presence and deployed extra numbers of monitoring and control points "to prevent the infiltration of any insurgent groups" across the border with Saudi Arabia.
