Representative of the Secretary General of the United Nations, Jan Kubiš said during a meeting with Foreign Minister Ibrahim al-Jaafari ministry building in Baghdad, he visited Turkey, told officials the need for "an end to the violation of the sovereignty of Iraq and Turkey."
