The Turkish Ambassador to Baghdad, Fateh Yildiz, confirmed that he informed Iraqi officials that his country will continue to take the required steps as long as the threat of the PKK is not ended.
Yildiz said, in a press statement after his talks at the Foreign Ministry, that "Iraqi officials have informed him of their annoyance with the military operations in recent times," noting that he "emphasized during the meeting the threat that BK Ka posed not only to Turkey but also to [You must be registered and logged in to see this link.] and the region as well." .
