    Prime Fund stressed the reconstruction of areas affected by terrorism, Abdul Basit Turki, the need to support the areas liberated from al (Daash), and while pointing to convene an international donors' conference for the reconstruction of these areas and reduce the financial burden on the Iraqi government, confirmed the start areas the provinces of Diyala, Salahuddin after provide the World Bank loan amounting to $ 350 million.
