"The committee re-smuggled funds set up by the House of Representatives is able to restore Iraqi funds smuggled abroad, as the committee is effective work," pointing out that "the restoration of Iraqi funds abroad needs to be coordinated with the UN Security Council and others."
He Jubouri that "the country needs to restructure the Independent Electoral Commission as well as the work of the Iraqi election law amendment in order to form a new government based transparency and integrity to work."
