Those who recognize this principle and call for rebuilding the army to return to conscription ,which they consider, as stated in the Constitution (military service), but also is a service to the nation and its borders , for the people and its sovereignty, but it is , and in some sense, a voluntary, not mandatory forced or compelling, Iraq is facing notice and threats of permanent and does not need to build a strong and professional army, not for aggression against others, but for self - defense and own prestige and power that deters, perhaps without war, who seeks to attack its people and its borders.
and if Iraq had always need a strong army and the coach and fluent sons use of arms through short of mandatory service in the army, it is now the most need and the need to rebuild such an army that achieves:
advanced military readiness to defend the land and the people.
