Baghdad (IraqiNews.com) The head of the Supreme Iraqi Islamic Council, Ammar al-Hakim, and the head of the Iraqi Army Joint Command, Babeker Zebari, discussed the security and the political updates.
A statement by the SIIC received by IraqiNews.com “Hakim received Zebari at his office in Baghdad on Tuesday where they reviewed the role of the armed forces in sustIraqiNews.coming security.”
Earlier, Peshmerga Ministry of the Kurdistani Regional Government announced the return of two key military commanders to Baghdad to Baghdad after ending the boycott of KRG announced earlier due to disputes over the endorsement of the budget without involving the demands of the Region.
