The
leader of the Sadrist movement Muqtada al-Sadr during a news conference gathered
with the leader of the Islamic Supreme Council Ammar al-Hakim, need to speed up
"to hold provincial elections in Mosul and Anbar," stressing the parties'

process in Iraq."
