    Baghdad (IraqiNews.com) Mutahidoun Coalition headed by the Iraqi parliament, Osama al-Nijaifi condemned the targeting of the Izidis in the capital Baghdad.
    A statement by the Coalition reported that “All the Iraqi people’s social components lived unified and side by side over the past centuries,” stressing that “certain sides are seeking to distort the bright image of the Iraqi people’s harmony and cohesion and arousing worries, fears and hatred feelings among the Iraqis.”
    “The targeting started to pointed towards the Iraqi minorities in an attempts to scare them and prompt them to depart Iraq,” the statement added noting “Protecting our people is moral and national responsibility which cannot be ignored, calling the security forces to end the deterioration in the security situation.”
    It is worth mentioning that gunmen have killed nine of Izidis on last Tuesday in central Baghdad.
