"
he added , " Accordingly , there must be a well thought out plan and the type of initiatives at the level of countries in the Middle East, the fact that the issue ofstability {Iraq , Syria and Turkey} needs to international initiatives and action by theUnited nations and the United States, Russia and Britain to calm the situation. "
he pointed to" the need to move Iraqi diplomat towards neighboring countries, organizations and individuals , and seek help from the great powers, and also we need to control the smuggling of funds and other matters by the Iraqi government , the military and security establishment to deal with this matter is important and intractable process. "
Iraq has seen since the 10th of the month of June 2014 a fierce attack by Daash terrorist gangs on the city of Mosul in Nineveh and were able to control the city and the imposition of Foreign their agenda and their fatwas takfiri the inhabitants of thecity, where the killing of hundreds of civilians , children, women and old men and young men, raped women and burned farmland and destroyed all the effects which, as the honor of terrorism in other provinces Kmhafezat Salah Din, Anbar, Diyala and Kirkuk and in the outskirts of the capital , Baghdad areas.
