    {Baghdad} Euphrates News confirmed the US ambassador in Baghdad, Stuart Jones that "the presence of {560} American troops came at the request of the Iraqi government," noting that they "Engineers and Ojstyon to provide support for Iraqi forces to liberate Mosul."
    Jones said a number of media , including agency {Euphrates News} on Thursday, that " the donor countries conference held in Washington for Iraq was very successful where it was sponsored by the United States , Canada, Japan, Germany, Kuwait and the Netherlands were more than 2 collection billion dollars for the Iraqi people, $ 450 million of which will be allocated to support humanitarian assistance. "
    He added that" the United States was the largest donor, reaching US humanitarian aid worth 313 million dollars. " 
    He thanked Jones courage and skill of the Iraqi security forces, the West hand Qayyarah been fully liberated, noting that "there are no intent of the United States to set up bases in the Kurdish areas. 
    he continued saying that" any action by the United States as a member of theinternational coalition is based on the request of the Iraqi government , "explaining that" as long as we are invited by the Iraqi government , we will support thegovernment and people Iraq to defeat Daash. "End quote
