    The ambassador pointed out that "Iraq is a good day and a fertile environment for investment and we look forward to contribute with friendly countries in the construction, reconstruction, and we have direct business relations with Basra, Erbil and Sulaymaniyah, and a number of provinces, and the Ukrainian government has provided facilities for Iraqi students studying there in spite of the existence of an economic crisis, we seek to installing the foundations of democracy are always looking for a lasting peace in our countries. "
