"
Maliki reiterated "the need to speed up the liberalization of Nineveh province and return the city to normal after cleared of Daesh terrorist gangs, re-displaced people and provide the necessary services to them," calling to "prevent any case of stretch or any adverse policies that will bring demographic change and overcome the ingredients rights for whatever reason and under any pretext. "
