    It denied the Iraqi Central Bank, as stated by the Finance Minister in the earlier transfer of money from Iraq to a personal account abroad, while an Iraqi lawyer presented a complaint against the person who said Zebari court judge to achieve integrity.
     
     
    The central bank said in his book to the Integrity Committee in the Iraqi Parliament on 04.09.2016, we would like to inform you that there is no personal remittances in the amount of (six billion, four hundred and fifty-five million dollars) transferred out of the country for the account intended (Hamad Yasser Mohsen al-Musawi) or any other amount. "
     
    For his part, the lawyer pro Hazem al-Hamdani, a complaint to the court of inquiry integrity dated 30/08/2016, against the person who said Zebari demanded summoned the minister to jot down his testimony as a witness for an investigation on the matter and make what he has of directories and files and disclose the person who converts it and take legal action against him .
     
    He said al-Hamdani, in his complaint, saying, "Kony individual member of the Iraqi people and out of responsibility and being a constitutional right where the text of the Iraqi constitution in Article (27) of the first paragraph (general sanctity of money and protection is the duty of every citizen)," the oldest complaint against al-Moussawi.
     
    The Finance Minister Hoshiyar Zebari said in the program "from the other" on the satellite channel of the Tigris, that he has the evidence files on a person. He converted a sum of "six billion, four hundred and fifty-five million dollars" of the people's money to his personal account abroad.
     
    Zebari was speaking after being questioned by the House of Representatives on 23 August last session, and a vote of no conviction Pajupth in the Council meeting on 25 August.
