{Baghdad} Euphrates News called the National Alliance leader, Mr. Ammar al-Hakim, the legislation law of administrative units in the districts and areas, urging the need to form an advisory committee whose mission is to follow the demands of the administrative units and their employees.
Mr. Hakim said in a statement his office and agency {Euphrates News} received acopy of it today , "Let us during our meeting the heads of administrative units in thedistricts and areas, the legislation administrative units Act in districts and areas, also paid tribute to the efforts that have been made and are being made by the heads and employees of these units, being on the first line of contact with the needs ofcitizens. "
He continued , " as we have emphasized the need to form an advisory committee whose mission is to follow the demands of the administrative units and theiremployees, and stressed the need to pay the displaced special attention, and provide services to them the possibilities available. "
said National Alliance leader that" the return of IDPs of the priorities of thegovernment, also renewed emphasis on administrative decentralization, and thegranting of powers because of its role in resolving the decisions and take positions ".anthy
