    [rtl]Of Petroleum Exporting Countries reached late Wednesday in Algeria to "historic agreement" on reducing oil production to a level between "32.5 to 33" million barrels a day, according to what has been announced and the energy ministers of Qatar and Nigeria.[/rtl]
    [rtl]He said Nigerian Minister of State for Petroleum Emmanuel Ebi Kachikoo in a press statement at the end of an informal meeting of OPEC in Algeria: "We have reached an agreement to cut production to between / 32.5 and 33 / million barrels a day."[/rtl]
    [rtl]The Qatari Energy Minister Mohammed Bin Saleh Al-Sada, who chairs the meeting, "that figure.[/rtl]
    [rtl]For his part, Algerian Energy Minister Noureddine Bouterfa stressed that "this decision is not expected was unanimously and without reservation."[/rtl]
