    Concluded MP Najiba Najib said that "the bulk of the Iraqi budget goes to the security sector and defense, there are directions to the parliament and the Iraqi government to incorporate elements of the popular crowd with the armed forces under the umbrella of the Ministry of Defense, and considered as part of the Iraqi armed forces, where a large part of the budget goes to the crowd PDF, resulting in a significant impact on the Iraqi budget. "
    On the other hand the MP said the mass change Serwa Abdul Wahid said that "Kurdish blocs failed to agree on a candidate for the post of finance minister instead of the article Minister Hoshyar Zebari."
    She explained in a press statement that its "problems between the Kurdish parties are still going on, has not held any meeting between them until now to solve problems or nominate an alternative candidate to Finance Minister Hoshyar Zebari story."
    She pointed to the possibility of the Kurdistan Democratic Party agreement with Prime Minister Haider al-Abadi on a candidate, but Parliament will Faisal accepting or refusing.
    MP explained that more than one candidate should be put forward in agreement with the Kurdish parties, installed so to support the best candidate among them by the Kurdish blocs in the House, because we do not accept is that the imposition of only one candidate.
