Action Committee between Baghdad and Erbil agreed to form joint

(newsletter) ...Senior Action Committee agreed between the Federal
Government and the KRG to solve the problem of the disputed areas to
form joint security management of pending the adoption of article 140 of
the Constitution.
And Associate Chief of army staff said Aboud as
Knepper told a joint press conference with spokesman Jabbar Yawar held
