[ltr]MP from the National Alliance, Muwaffaq al-Rubaie, on Monday, the Federal Court decision to cancel the decision to dismiss the Vice President of the Republic a victory for the Constitution and the House of Representatives, noting that the decision of impeachment should not taken except through parliament.[/ltr]
[ltr]He said al-Rubaie, L / balance News / "The decision to dismiss the vice-president of the republic exceeded blatantly on the constitution and the parliament being one of the powers of parliament," noting that "the Federal Court today restore the prestige of the Parliament and the triumph of the Constitution."[/ltr]
[ltr]He added that "those who use the excuse austerity on their dismissal is a logical fact that the Vice President of the Republic has remained even after the pink slip their pensions and privileges and Hamayatem."[/ltr]
