[ltr]Foreign Minister Ibrahim al-Jaafari, Wednesday, during a meeting with Russian Ambassador Elijah Murgunov, on the occasion of his mission in Baghdad finishes to open new horizons for cooperation between Baghdad and Moscow.[/ltr]
[ltr]According to a Foreign Ministry statement received / balances News /, a copy of it, that "the Foreign Minister Ibrahim al-Jaafari, the Russian ambassador Elijah Murgunov received in his office, on the occasion of the work of ambassador to Iraq, tasks completed, and during the meeting, review the progress of bilateral relations between the two countries in the past period, and to emphasize the need to increase the volume of cooperation in all fields. "[/ltr]
[ltr]He wished al-Jaafari, according to the statement, the Murgunov "Success in the next diplomatic duties", praising "his efforts in strengthening the relations between Iraq and Russia through the exchange of official visits and meetings of the Iraqi-Russian Joint Commission."[/ltr]
[ltr]He called on al-Jaafari, to "open new horizons for cooperation between Baghdad and Moscow, work and coordination between them to provide security and stability for the whole region and the world."[/ltr]
