    Criticized House Speaker Salim al - Jubouri , astatement the presidency , who spoke about the three presidencies agreement on thepostponement of the local elections, and combined with the parliamentary elections. 
    Jubouri said, during a press conference held at the parliament building and attended (range) Thursday, said that "no decision has been made on the postponement of the election date," adding that " the deliberations of the clear had taken place about it at a meeting of the three presidencies with the leaders of political blocs." 
    The head of parliament that " the political debates about it are still going on ," stressing that "the House ofRepresentatives is the only body that has the decision to postpone the date of the elections according to thelaw." Furthermore Jubouri denied receiving any nominations for vacant ministries yet. He pledged to reveal thenames of the candidates Minister for questioning in the coming days. 
    Jubouri said, in response to a question by a reporter (range Press), " The presidency of the parliament will reveal the names of candidates for ministers for questioning in the coming days." " I almost made four requests questioned whether ministers or heads of independent bodies and take the normal legal course, if they satisfy the legal requirements we will resort to determine the temporal timings operations , " stressing " the need to be free of the political dimensions of the interrogations or personal." 
    To that House Speaker denied that parliament had received any nomination for any of the Ministry of vacant ministries. But he expressed the readiness of the House of Representatives "to display the candidates ofthose ministries for a vote if they come." 
    With regard to the budget of 2017, al - Jubouri said that "the House of Representatives ended the second reading debate on the draft budget for fiscal 2017 Act, we are embarking on the process of enactment of thelaw in the coming days." He pointed out that "the budget deficit amounting to 21% by 6 trillion dinars proportion." 
    The President of the Parliament that "oil revenues accounted for 86% of total revenue, while salaries and debt payable amounted to 75% of the total budget." He pointed out that "the ministries of defense and security Hzita for the bulk of public spending, reaching 23% of total budget expenditures." On the bill (abandonment of nationality acquired) which Parliament completed the second reading, the head of the House ofRepresentatives, said that "Article 18 of the Constitution granted the Iraqi citizen the right to have multiple citizenships, but it imposed a deprivation of citizenship for the security and political figures , " noting that "the judiciary parliament granted the authority to drop the dual nationality for political figures or not. " Jubouri said that "there are differences about the formal abolition of the acquired nationality law , " but he stressed that " the law will be presented to a vote if accomplished." 
    On the security issue, the President of the House of Representatives warned of the outbreak of the conflict after the liberation of the province of Nineveh, called for the formation of the power of all the components of the province to protect them. 
    He said al - Jubouri that " the victories of the Iraqi security forces in Nineveh province , is the subject of pride and appreciation for all Iraqis," praising " the keenness of the security forces for the lives of civilians in thebreakers of operations and participation by providing the humanitarian needs of the population of the liberated areas despite the burden of those forces in the fighting." 
    He called on the President of the Council of Local Government Representatives in Nineveh to "make extraordinary efforts to provide all necessary services urgent for the people of the liberated areas and displaced from areas of fighting with the enemy, and rescue the displaced families in the areas that havebeen edited or areas where fighting and speed to provide every assistance to them to find adequate shelter and to provide the necessary urgent humanitarian needs. " 
    He Jubouri feared " the outbreak of the conflict in the province of Nineveh , after the liberation of theorganization Daesh , " stressing " the need to develop a clear road map for the management of Nineveh province after the expulsion of the organization Daesh them." 
    He called for the "formation of a joint force of all the components of the province to protect it after the end ofediting operations." 
    And on a document of a political settlement , which plans to launch the National Alliance, al - Jubouri said, during the conference, said that " the settlement of historical issues , which were put forward that would achieve political harmony, and of course we support any political project leading to the promotion of civil peace and provide a valid political action environment . " . 
    Speaker of Parliament stressed that " the time has come to reset the problems and open a new page to promote trust between the components of the people so as to ensure the unity of Iraq."
