Based on what was passed by the House of representatives and in accordance with the provisions of item (I) of article (61) and item (iii) of article 73 of the Constitution.
The President of the Republic decided on
Issuance of the following law:

Ratification of the agreement on the establishment of a joint Commission for cooperation between the Government of the Republic of Iraq and the Government of the State of Kuwait
Article 1-the Republic of Iraq will ratify the agreement on the establishment of a joint Commission for cooperation between the Government of the Republic of Iraq and the State of Kuwait signed in Baghdad on April 29, 2012.
Article 2 this law shall from the date of its publication in the Official Gazette.
Rationale
In order to promote friendship and cooperation with the State of Kuwait and the two sides are willing to resolve the outstanding issues between the two sides committed to international instruments and resolutions in order to reach a comprehensive settlement of all personal items between the two countries so as to create a solid ground for the fraternal relations through a joint Commission between the two countries coordinate stances and strengthen cooperation in various fields.

Article 1-the Republic of Iraq will ratify the agreement on the establishment of a joint Commission for cooperation between the Government of the Republic of Iraq and the State of Kuwait signed in Baghdad on April 29, 2012.
Article 2 this law shall from the date of its publication in the Official Gazette.
Rationale
